Ski Lessons in Kleinarl, Austria

Kleinarl, Austria

Kleinarl lives and breathes its slogan - “Freestyle for life”. The entire ski area was seemingly built as a mecca for freestyle snowboarders and freestyle skiers. The 1.5km long Absolut Park is the crème of the crop, and undoubtedly one of the best funparks in Europe. This area on Shuttle Mountain also houses the Burton Stash Park which is built environmental friendly with wood and the natural terrain of the area. (There are only five environmental friendly parks in the world!)

The unparalleled ski and snowboard facilities don’t end there. The mountain also boasts a timing course, a speed skiing course, a carving course, a jib park, a 100m long halfpipe and an XXL Superpipe which is 160m long and 6.5m high! The Superpipe is certainly for the daring. What’s more, there are regular freestyle and racing contests among these awesome mountain features. The downhill skiing is also very versatile with nine high-tech lifts that lead you to the 26.5km of pistes and the peak at 1980m. Off the slopes, the community “Chill House” offers a very cool hang-out zone with its own mini skate ramp, cosy sofas, a boulder wall and a movie area.
