1. Order, Delivery and Scope of our Service
Through the website we, Skimundi Aps (“Skimundi.com”, “Skimundi”, “we”, “our”, “us”), provide an online platform through which “the Skimundi Partners” (i.e. the ski schools and the ski rentals) can advertise their “Products/Services” (i.e. ski lessons and ski/snowboard equipment) for booking.

By booking through the website, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Skimundi Partner whose products/services you book. From the point of completion of the booking process on we act solely as an intermediary between you and the Skimundi Partner. We send the details of your booking to the Skimundi Partner and (on behalf of the Skimundi Partner) send a confirmation email to you. The confirmation has to be printed and has to be given to the Skimundi Partner in order to receive the product/service. Your order confirmation contains a reference that the Skimundi Partner needs to receive in order to provide you with the booked Product/Service.
In case you have not received the confirmation within 4 hours after the booking, it is your responsibility to contact Skimundi. As the visitor of the website, it is your responsibility to make sure that the confirmation is in accordance with what you ordered on the website. It is your responsibility to contact Skimundi, if you become aware of any mistake.
The information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the Skimundi Partners. The Skimundi Partners have access to an external net where they can upload their product information. They are fully responsible for updating the platform with the correct information about their products/services and other information displayed on the Skimundi platform. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information.
