Livigno - Chalet Ristorante Gourmet Mattias


Chalet Gourmet Mattias is the first restaurant in Val Tellina with a Michelin-star. That makes you presume that you’re up for a high level gastronomic experience. Well, you won’t be disappointed. The food is delicious and was clearly prepared with a lot of love and passion for cooking.The presentation of the plates is so impeccable that you would almost hesitate to eat or touch your food. The atmosphere in the restaurant is great and the service is relaxed and friendly. Couples will feel completely at home in this tremendously romantic surrounding. Canazei - Osteria La Montanara

In this charming little restaurant, you can discover the typical South-Tyrolean kitchen. If you choose for one of the delicious soups, the appetizing polenta or the taglieri di salumi - you will not be disappointed. Moreover this restaurants serves some great wines. La Montanara has a very good quality-to-price ratio, so you won’t be unpleasantly surprised when you get the bill. On the contrary ;-) Let yourself be enchanted by this typically Tyrolean osteria!


Madonna di Campiglio - Chalet Fiat

When you think about Italy, you automatically think about the Fiat 500 cars. At the top of the Monte Spinale, in Madonna di Campiglio - at 2,104 meters altitude - you can find the classy Chalet Fiat. From here, you have a breathtaking view over the Brenta Dolomites. The perfect spot to relax and take a break from skiing. You can enjoy a delicious bite on the terras, or find a place at a table inside, where you clearly notice the Fiat-influences. But be aware that this restaurant is very popular, which is why it can be really crowded sometimes.


Sestriere - Shackleton

This restaurant wasn’t mentioned in the Michelin-guide for nothing, which is why you can not miss it when you’re going skiing in Sestriere. The ambiance in the restaurant is really relaxed, cosy and warm. The food is high quality and the chef adjusts his dishes to your wishes and requirements (e.g. vegetarian, dietary needs, children’s menus and so on). If you prefer a romantic night out, you can reserve a table next to the beautiful fireplace.
